**Overall a pleasant stay with a few hiccups** We checked into the hotel quite late on June 5th, but the reception staff made check-in quick and hassle-free. We stayed for 4 nights, and throughout our trip, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was a highlight — great food and a nice breakfast spread. The evening ambience is superb, perfect for a relaxed get-together. One drawback: the central AC doesn't cool the room as effectively as expected, especially in summer. On our last night, we came back from a day trip to a foul smell in the room. We reported it right away, but since it was peak season, no other room was available, so we had to manage with it. To their credit, the owner allowed us a 2-hour late checkout the next day to make up for the inconvenience and help us finish our last day's plans comfortably. **Pros:** Helpful staff, great restaurant/breakfast, lovely evening ambience **Cons:** Weak central AC in summer, room odor issue on the last night

Budget room and less expensive then other near the city . Direct train to airport with no change . Macdonalds is few steps away . Room was clean but with no face to walk quite cramped. I personally didn’t like the ambiance. It was dark and non relaxing, since I had flight early morning so it didn’t matter much . We didn’t add breakfast like all other ibis no kettle in the toom very sharp and bright lamp Air conditioning was poor .

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not pleasant overall. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. We even found a clothing item that appeared to belong to a previous guest, which made us question the cleanliness standards. The carpet also looked dirty and poorly maintained. Another thing that we found very disappointing was the parking situation. The hotel has its own parking area, yet guests are still charged separately for overnight parking. We have stayed in many hotels before and this is honestly the first time we experienced something like this. If a hotel offers parking for guests, we believe it should at least be included or made much clearer in advance. In addition, one staff member at the front desk was quite rude to us while we were having dinner. We were told that we could not eat in that area, which was completely fine since we did not know the rules, but the way we were spoken to felt unnecessarily unfriendly and disrespectful. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel said it did not receive any room requests. We need a handicap room. Room was so small it was difficult to get the wheelchair in. Once in the room the wheelchair was a safty concern. Staff tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

BEWARE

BEWARE THIS HOTEL HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. if its hot outside you won't be able to sleep. In addition, there are no laundry facilities, they will wash your clothes for a per piece fee so high it would be cheaper to buy new clothes. The shower is either freezing or scalding, you choose! There is construction behind the hotel with the corresponding noise starting at 7am. In other words stay somewhere else.
