“We stayed in one of their tiny houses. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a sturdy version of a double-bed bunkbed style, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with a tiny dishwasher, a dining room/sitting area. Plus there was a lovely furnished patio area with each tiny house. There was an air conditioner (did not get it to work), but there were also automated loft windows which were fantastic at cooling down the place. “Very friendly staff. Despite our very late arrival the owner of the establishment ensured me I could call him and he would assist us on the check-in. Very large, cosy and comfortable rooms. Plenty parking availability. I warmly recommend this hotel for both business travellers as tourists.”

“Das Zimmer als Deluxe angepriesen , Kein Kühlschrank , unerträglich heiß, schlafen ging kaum. Schimmel im Bad . Betten eine Katastrophe! Matratzen viel zu weich, die Betten rutschten ständig auseinander . Informationen gleich null , da kaum einer an der Rezeption war . Dart oder ähnliches nicht möglich. Wohl kein Personal. Räume waren immer geschlossen. Das einzige was okay war : Frühstück und die dortigen Mitarbeiter . Nie wieder dieses Hotel .”

The credit card charge was not via ebookers but it was supposed to be charged by the property. They sent an auto-generated email to say they were going to charge my Visa. They then emailed me to say there was a problem charging my card. They then called me to say that they do not have breakfast available and that I should cancel...

“Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...
