We were grateful for the upgrade to the one-bedroom suite. Regrettably, several of the room’s electrical outlets were non-functional. Given our brief stay of only one night, we refrained from expressing any dissatisfaction. I had to request a plunger due to the persistent clogging of the toilet. Despite this minor inconvenience, the bed provided exceptional comfort, enabling us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. We departed promptly in the morning.

Nice, fully equipped room in a great location for exploring Vancouver. Seymour Street can be noisy on weekdays - we noticed it was much quieter on a Saturday morning. One of our member used the fitness facility and said it was very good. We were disappointed when we checked out the hot tub - it was the same temperature as the pool and as it only opens at 10:00 am we weren’t able to use it on our last day. We’ll stay here again.

Air conditioning didn't seem to work well. TV was small and no cable. Otherwise a clean room and centrally located.
