It was conveniently located with easy access to the main train station and the mountain railways. Some rooms offer a view of the Matterhorn. Although my room didn't have a Matterhorn view, I could see it perfectly from right in front of the hotel entrance.

Perfect location from the train station, to the main street, surrounding cafés and restaurants, and most importantly, stunning view of the Matterhorn right outside of the hotel itself while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the front Terrace. Staff was very accommodating as I had a late check-in. It is certainly walkable from Zermatt HB station. However, I can see this walk can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you.

This hotel was wonderful. Very tasteful in its design and well maintained. Perfectly located in the middle of town and walkable to everything. When we first arrived in the afternoon we couldn’t see the mountain behind clouds but it was out in its full beauty in the morning while eating the complementary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

部屋のベットからマッターホルンが見えて最高でした‼️ 　また、早朝7時の登山鉄道に乗って行くには朝食が取れない時間だったのですが、女性のスタッフがブレックファーストボックスを作って頂いたお陰様で山の上でマッターホルンを間近に見ながら美味しく頂く事ができ、感謝しかありません！ ありがとうございました♪ 次回もこのホテルを予約したいと思います^_^ It was amazing to see the Matterhorn right from our bed!Also, we were taking the 7:00 AM cogwheel train, which meant we would have missed breakfast. However, a lovely female staff member made us a breakfast box. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the top of the mountain while looking at the Matterhorn up close. We can’t thank her enough! Thank you so much♪I would definitely love to book this hotel again next time! ^_^

This is one of , if not the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. They do a meticulous job at keeping the property in excellent condition. Be sure to book a balcony room looking at the Matterhorn. The staff is always helpful and you see the same people every day, which makes it feel like home. It has one of the few grass lawns in town that you can enjoy a drink on in the afternoon with tables and service. This is our second time staying here we liked it so much. The breakfast is typical of Europe and is good for something light of you have a big day planned.

We picked this hotel because of its central location- we skied in/out at all three locations easily enough. Room was very clean, the view of the Matterhorn was impressive! Their included daily breakfast was delicious, and had many options. The staff was very pleasant- we would stay here again!

Excellent for what it is. Lovely little hotel in Zermatt, great for a ski trip. They have a ski storage room with a boot rack to dry and warm boots overnight. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Nothing extravagant, but the price point reflects that. Great value for the cost. Had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony!
