Room was very clean and quiet with good views. Breakfast also very good. The hotel has about 10 minutes walk, but we have an elderly, the hotel is uphill, did not know that. We didn’t know the hotel have a shuttle service (5CHF each person). Call hotel ahead to ask them pickup would be nice.

Awesome stay!

Hotel was awesome! Staff was great! Room was perfect and the breakfast was outstanding! We would stay there again. Beware that the walk to the hotel is steep. Hotel is high up so this could be a challenge to some although we loved it.

excellent professional and friendly reception staff, very good bar and rooms. warm and cozy bedroom with a balcony view of the mountains. The dining options for breakfast were very limited, and the attitude of the lead female staff member at the restaurant was terrible and disrespectful.

A short but uphill walk from train station they have transport but it’s 5 Swiss francs a person but a doable walk with a carry on bag Breakfast was sumptious , quiet area but no t close to any restaurants but Zermatt is a small but beautiful town so everything is in walking distance
