This is my second stay, and the experience is 5-star from start to finish. The rooms are large, clean, and well maintained. The Air Conditioning is on another level, which is such a relief in the summer heat. The pools, both private and communal, are clean and stunning. The breakfast is a delicious spread of both buffet and à la carte. Lastly, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. 100% coming back!

This was honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The value for money was incredible especially considering the quality of the hotel, the food and the overall experience. The food was fantastic, and the fine dining restaurant in particular completely blew us away. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I also really enjoyed the spa and had an amazing massage there. Our private pool was another absolute highlight!!! I loved having our own space to relax. The whole design and style of the hotel was exactly my taste and made the atmosphere feel very special. The service was incredible as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated that the staff would always drive us back to our room whenever needed. Overall, this was one of the most beautiful and relaxing holidays I have ever had. If I ever come back to Zakynthos, I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again!

Great choice overall , loved the location, amenities, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the restaurant Flow was a real highlight, the kind of place you could easily spend all day in. A few small things held it back from perfect: room layout could be improved (no plugs near the mirror for hair/makeup, limited counter space around the sink), and pool-area privacy was disrupted by gardeners cleaning during the day. Room service options felt limited and skewed heavy/fried , more variety would help, especially for warmer weather. The minibar fridge also wasn’t cooling properly, so drinks weren’t cold. There were rubbish behind the pool which could have easily been removed when pool is cleaned too. None of these are major issues, but fixing them would make a great stay even better.

Stunning hotel with beautiful architecture and pool design. Olea is a great choice for couples looking to relax, with excellent on-site restaurants and a calm atmosphere. We recently stayed in the Executive Suite with a private pool and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Room service was excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit different tastes. There were, however, a few aspects that could be improved. The outdoor area was not designed with relaxation in mind. The sunbeds were placed directly under the sun with no shaded option available, making it uncomfortable to spend extended time outdoors during the hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the small outdoor sofa was not particularly comfortable for lounging. It felt too small to fully stretch out and relax, which limited its usefulness as a seating area. The private pool was also smaller than expected. Despite these drawbacks, the excellent service, cleanliness, and outstanding breakfast made for an enjoyable stay overall.

I loved the design of the hotel. The room was spacious, stylish and well-maintained, and the views were gorgeous. The staff are all really friendly and keen to make amends for issues but there are inconsistencies in the service and communication that don't match what would be expected from a 5 star experience. The food quality isn't consistent across the three main dinner locations and doesn't quite match the price point. The ambience of the hotel matched what I needed for my short stay - very quiet and peaceful and hardly any children - which allowed me to relax in a way I haven't been able to in a while.

not so great second time visiting

This was our second time at Olea. We never go back to a place twice usually but first time round it was so good we could not resist. This time round they have made a few changes, some good, some not so. Plus points the Flo Bar / restaurant is now a la carte which is much nicer than the fine dining 7 course set menu. Down side the cocoon restaurant in the evening is now a set menu and the bar has totally lost its atmosphere. Last time we enjoyed a few lovely evenings on the cocktails at the bar, the vibe just isn't there any more. Room - on arrival we had someone else's luggage in our room, this was quickly rectified. We then realised our toilet did not work, again rectified quite quickly. Housekeeping our amazing and visit with fresh towels and fully clean your room every day. Room service take quite while and we found the food served is below par of the restaurants and also does not always match the wording on the menu, it feels slightly rushed together. We love the architecture and 'cool vibe' this hotel offers, but if you look closely the build quality is actually really quite rough around the edges. Staff go above and beyond and are very attentive, sometimes lacking personality as they so overly polite. Fist time round we had a sea view room with private pool, the view was obscured by greenery. This time we ask for a mainland view (with private pool) and these rooms are higher up and benefit from the most amazing views (same view as the flow bar
