Staff were lovely but not enough training / awareness of food allergies and labeling. That was general issue everywhere during holiday not just the hotel. The view from room was disappointing but having gone in August it was too hot to sit on balcony anyway. Beach was amazing.. lovely to swim in clear water. We had a fabulous week but it was quite pricey and avoiding nuts was very hard.

The staff were amazing and the level of hospitality made me feel like family. We were however quite disappointed with our room. The electricity was constantly tripping, the hairdryer they provided was making it trip. And if you had too many lights on at once the electricity would shut down too. The AC was quite temperamental and there was one day our room was stuck at 30 degrees but we were told by a member of staff that it was still cool in our room (?). Also even though we stayed in the more modern, updated rooms the sink kept leaking and it smelt of sewage.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay

The hotel is at the heart of Zante, easy access to all good restaurant and bars near seaside. All the staff are amazing specially Helen. She seems to have the magic wand, can managed well with all the queries from the guest quickly. Helen also helped me with all the booking from Zante to Athens, phoning the respective companies. I can’t thank her enough.

Ledi and Marta on reception were welcoming, met with a smile, greeting and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Eugenia ‘mother’ of the hotel in term of making sure you are comfortable, very friendly chatting going the extra mile. Such lovely people very warm and approachable. Overall I would definitely stay here again, although it’s on the strip you don’t here a thing once your in the hotel. Modern stylish room, extremely clean and no insects surprisingly. Beautiful pool and bar area, very relax environment.. the list goes on. Thank you 🇬🇷

Overall hotel was good, however if you struggle with heat I would stay away, the Aircon units are capped at 22 degrees and will not go lower, so after the scorching heat you comeback to quite a warm room which takes forever to cool down. The staff were great just unfortunate they didn't fix the ac units for our time as I had a few nights of struggle with sleep but apart from that it was good. :) I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5/5 but if you struggle with heat like me, just watch out. The lady and guy that work during the morning and afternoon are lovely people and were amazing. The night guy however, not the nicest person and didn't seem bothered about helping us with any issues. Regardless, thanks for the stay, the two morning / afternoon reception staff made the place better. :)

My partner and I stayed at Tzante Hotel the past week as we was in Zante for a Family wedding and can we say what a beautiful hotel it is. Adult only and right on a busy strip but closer to the beach and restaurants so and you hear no noise and music from the bars around at night. We had peaceful sleep every night. Rooms are beautiful, relaxing, great air con in the rooms and cleaned daily without request. Breakfast… a great selection. And I must give flowers for the staff. All so warm and welcoming. Friendly and funny. Got on with everyone And we’d like to give it me of the staff, Joanna a shout out. Thank you so much for looking after us this past week. You’re a great member to the hotel team and thank you for serving me the best mango daiquiris this week. I miss them already. Would recommend hotel. Great location to lovely bars and Resturant along the beach and entertainment along the strip. Thanks again for a great week
