Great location for easy access into the city centre. Tram stop right outside. 20-30 min journey directly to the centre. Free on-site parking. Nice room. Comfy bed. Only downside was no kettle and no plug socket close to the mirror. Would use again if ever need to come back to Zagreb.

Nice jet tub room , spacious, great location, lots of shopping and dining options walking distance including a farmers market and a mall. They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests.

Good hotel for the price, spacious room and bathroom, delicious breakfast and free parking. The only caveat is our room faced the street with a train. I had ear plugs so didn’t bother me once asleep. Everything else was very good.

Very nice hotel!

We had a great stay at Residence Hotel! The receptionist Allan was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is 20 minutes outside of the central square of Zagreb by tram. It leaves right outside the hotel, so that isn't a problem at all. Close by the hotel there is also a Lidl and a good Italian restaurant.

Staff very professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were very good. Property in a great location for easy access to the Old city via the tram system which is cheap and easy to use. If staying in a room at the front of the hotel (which we were) it is noisy on and during the night from all of the traffic on the busy road outside. Our room was clean and spacious. We did not use the spa facility.
