Amazing views from all lake-view patios. Hot water fountain in the room with premium black tea bags that soothe the heart. Enjoy the lake-mountain view. The property is in excellent location and nice but rooms have not been maintained at all very worn tap fell off when using, all metal is heavily corroded, mirror is so damaged you can hardly see yourself, toilet was cracked, bugs, last persons shoes still there, very hard bed, A/C comes on and off with huge temperature swings enought to wake you up every couple hours. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was very helpful but need google translate.

We only stayed one night out of the three we booked. Room was full of bugs, hotel reeked of sewer gas. Room was cramped and bathroom was awkward. Overall the photos of the hotel do not tell the whole story.

Uncomfortable stay.

We didn't feel the front desk lady's kindness. The room was not clean and with an awful smell that I needed to wear a mask to sleep. There was a spider clawing on the bed head. The shower room was too narrow get a comfortable shower. The water from the faucet was too strong to adjust.
