Fantastic location and stunning decor!!! The spa was amazing, their relaxation room and the view there is a must see! All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are well kept with lots of spaces to relax, sit down and enjoy the view. Lots to do/occupy your time. All in all, great getaway, worth the money! I would definitely return for a longer stay (also don't forget to go into the Ystad city center! it's charming!).

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay! We are very much looking forward to returning for our next stay. Jessica & Perzha xx

Excellent spa, room was ok

We really enjoyed the spa facilities, pools, and the location being close to the ocean. Spa staff were excellent - came to the tub to offer to bring us drinks. The room itself was small and not as great - we had a "sea view" but there were benches blocking the actual view. The toilet was broken and would not flush. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff we interacted with were nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great trip, and worth the price simply due to the spa facilities. Note that the room itself was not worth the price, but the excellence of the spa pools made up for it.

Meget mærkeligt logistik. På ankomstdagen havde vi først adgang til spa kl 18, hvilket var noget overraskende, da vi ankom kl 14. Vi tilkøbt en Creek som var en meget god oplevelse. Der var konstant forvirring om hvor vi skulle opholde os mens vi ventede og det var indviklet at få bord i en ordentlig restaurant. Det sted vi havde booket viste sig at være en form for strandbar, hvor man kunne ligge i badetøj - ikke lige hvad vi havde sat næsen op efter, men vi skulle spørge tre forskellige mennesker for at ombooke. Der var crowded og bøvlet og ikke ordentligt flow i tingene. Det ligger i enprisklasse som konkurrerer med mange andre gode hoteller, og jeg tror ikke vi vælger Ystad en anden gang. Det er sikkert bedre om sommeren.

Väldigt mysigt, säkert ännu bättre på sommaren! Lite mörkt inomhus, vilket står lite i kontrast till den ljusa havsbadskänslan man hoppats på, men rummen är fina och ljusa rum. Bra frukost och maten i övrigt var helt okej.
