“Ofrecen el servicio de enviar shuttle por ti al aeropuerto. Llamé cuando aterrice y nos dijeron que tardaba 25 minutos. En hotel se encuentra a 14 minutos del aeropuerto. Pasaron esos minutos y volví a llamar y me dijeron que otros 25, y así me trajeron hasta que llevaba 1 hora 20 esperando en el helado clima (estaba nevando) y no llegaba el shuttle.
