“Kashintei Shirahama is definitely one of the best Japanese ryokans we have visited. Location wise it's perfectly located right by Lake Tazawa, 30 minutes from Kakunodate, ski resort, Dakigaeri Valley, Tatsuko statue. “Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte. Das frisch zubereitete Essen mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten schmeckt hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und behandeln einen nicht wie Hotelgäste, sondern wie Freunde.
