“Good location, basic but clean room, friendly staff. Good parking. Value for money”

“Ideal for Chepstow racecourse. Not much else about the area without walking or taxis. On checki the weirdest thing happened they wouldn’t take payment and told me was a,ready paid for. Rooms we had were small but the bed was comfy. Rooms ok some could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast is ok I’m fussy about food so didn’t eat a lot just toast and coffee but the others in my party had the full English not so sure about paying extra for an extra sausage etc. hotel was very noisy on the Saturday...

“The room could not fault my only criticism is there is nowhere to hang your bathroom towels.”

“Beautiful hotel”

“Beautiful setting. Car parking expensive & room next door very noisy as could hear everything!”

“My biggest gripe is no lift. We were staying a long way from reception with several stairs to negotiate. The carpet in reception and up the stairs is very stained.”

“The worst experience at reception I have ever had, I’m a world traveler and I have seen everything but never such a disrespectful treatment at check in I ever had, this hotel never again ”

“Cuando hice la reserva no se me avisó de que no había servicio de restaurante ni para cenar ni desayuno.”
