The owners are the nicest people. The property had lots of grass for our dogs. Breakfast was more than adequate even though it was continental. Bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Great place to stay.

The door to our room had been previously kicked in. Instead of replacing the frame to the door, it was repaired. The skirting to the bed was badly soiled. Overall the room was clean, with a fresh paint job.

Everything was very good except the carpeting in our room needed to be replaced. It was ripped right inside the door. Also, the baseboards in the bathroom were rotting out and needed to be replaced. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and we did not hear any outside noise. The breakfast was well supplied with cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, etc..
