Every room we stayed in so far has been very clean and smells clean and fresh the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a good variety we really enjoy staying at the Ramada was able to get a good night rest and for the most part the motel is very quiet and oh another thing I really like that they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash for you right there to use very accommodating we will see you soon we'll stay again definitely

What I really like about this place is that they keep putting us in rooms that are really nice like this time we were in room 237 and it was just a really nice room cuz we were all by yourself we don't have to worry about hearing kids screaming and yelling and running around up and down the halls and stuff it was just totally awesome we were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation to be able to start the work week

People that clean the rooms a little pushy but other than that I mean the place is pretty nice and taken care of and recession people are nice and kind going to help with anything they can for breakfast bar is a good variety you stay that inns at York for two and a half years and yes please close them out of the water inns at York the rooms are a little cheaper but they always seem to get what you paid for

The check-in was done with a person who appeared remotely on a screen in the lobby. That was a new experience for me, but it was smooth. Highlights: comfortable beds, fluffy towels, clean room Low points: For breakfast, all I found available were 5 slices of white bread, 2 muffins & some yogurt. The facility was pretty noisy, too. Road noise from Route 30 was pretty evident.

When we arrived there wasn’t a live person to check us in. The long line of people stood and waited to check in via a person on a screen. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, our room smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and our door had a big gap at the top that you could see into the hallway. It was a shame that the rooms were at the quality that they were. The pictures online definitely over-sell the hotel. Breakfast was nice and appreciated.

Was not greeted by a person at the check in desk, instead I was greeted by a screen with an agent in a call center somewhere to check in. Room was clean-ish. Refrigerator was broken. Phone in the room did not work. Shortly after arriving I got the standard “welcome…text us if you need anything” text message. Mentioned we needed some more towels. No response. Eventually we went down and saw someone’s else getting their own towels from a cabinet so we grabbed some too. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. I would not stay again when visiting the area.
