Very nice room. Nice pool. Friendly staff. This hotel had the whitest and cleanest towels of any hotel I’ve stayed in. I would recommend the property to do some pest control for insects and remodel their parking entrance.

Cost-benefit ratio is good, very close (10 min) to Tlayacapan and Oaxtepec downtown by car. Parking lot is not big but at reception they serve as valet for your car. Wi-fi is a bit slow (around 10Mb/s).

En general el hotel está bien, sólo creo que hace falta más limpieza dentro de las habitaciones, se podía encontrar polvo dentro. Los botes de basura son pequeños, las camas un poco duras, había insectos dentro de la habitación, principalmente muchos moscos (mi hijo regresó con una picadura que no sabemos de qué fue, eran dos puntos juntos y con enrojecimiento e hinchazón). El agua caliente tardaba mucho en calentarse, mientras tanto se desperdicia mucha agua. Y las claves de las cerraduras son super fáciles de adivinar, cualquier con un poquito de intuición puede abrir cualquier puerta. Lo bueno, que te dejan hacer check-in a partir de las 2 pm y hasta la media noche, es de mucha ayuda.
