객실내부 청소상태는 좋았고 침구류 및 가구도 깔끔했습니다 호텔같지 않고 아파트같은 분위기?? 욕실마감재도 고급스러운 분위기가 있었어요 발코니의 자쿠지는 생각보다 너무 좋았고요 스파기능이 좋았어요 다만 유리난간의 청소상태가 너무 않좋았고 세탁기와 인덕션 사용이 안되는건 아쉬웠습니다. 편의시설이 편의점 한곳인건 개선이 시급한부분같고 옥상수영장도 운영이 안되고 식당도 없고… 지금 호텔영업을 하는게 맞나?? 하는 생각이 드네요 내년에는 개선된 모습을 기대해 봅니다

새 건물이라 전체적으로 깨끗했지만, 아직은 오픈 초기라 여러 부분이 충분히 준비되지 않은 느낌을 받았습니다. 우선 전기차 충전기가 설치되어 있었지만 모두 사용이 불가능했고, 건물 규모에 비해 엘리베이터 수가 부족했습니다. 3층 로비까지 이동하는 데만 10분 이상 걸렸고, 객실 층에서도 엘리베이터를 오래 기다려야 했습니다. 복도에 에어컨이 없어 기다리는 동안 덥고 지쳤으며, 결국 가족이 한 번에 함께 타지 못하고 한 명씩 나눠 타야 했습니다. 3층 로비는 대기 공간이 거의 없어 다소 휑한 느낌이었고, 직원 두 분이 바쁘게 응대하고 있어 전반적으로 여유가 없어 보였습니다. 객실에는 프런트와 바로 연결되는 전화가 없었고, 카드키에 적힌 호텔 번호로 연락했을 때도 연결이 원활하지 않아 여러모로 불편하고 답답했습니다. 객실에는 세탁기와 인덕션이 비치되어 있었지만 실제로는 사용할 수 없었습니다. 화장실은 다소 좁은 편이며 욕조는 없고, 대신 테라스에 욕조가 있습니다. 다만 테라스가 외부와 연결되어 있어 저녁에는 벌레가 들어올 것 같아 사용하지 못했습니다. 이용한다면 낮 시간에 수영복을 입고 사용하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 객실 구조는 방 하나와 거실로 이루어져 있고, 방과 거실에 각각 침대가 있어 가족이 이용하기에는 편리했습니다. 다만 침대는 조금 단단한 편이었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 있었지만 낙산해수욕장 바로 앞이라는 것과 1층에 편의점이 있는 점은 장점입니다. 전체적으로 성수기의 가격을 고려하면 가성비는 나쁘지 않은 숙소라고 생각합니다.
