The manager, Vanessa went above and beyond or me. She provided customer service that exceeded my expectations, and I have spent months in hotels for various remote work projects over the years. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the grounds were clean, and the parking was secure via a gated parking area. The other members of the staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Pros-very comfortable bed and spacious room. Cons-initially told breakfast was not included (showed proof it was on my reservation). Otherwise the buffet would have been $14.02 with tax. Absolutely not worth that much. Very standard hot breakfast usually offered free. Only flimsy plastic cups in the room. Tiny gym. Overall a fine stay.

The room and hotel are clean and a good size. Pool and hot tub is a decent size. A downside is that you have to pay for the breakfast, but it is a good breakfast with lots of options and helpful staff. At times they do not have staff at the front desk, which makes asking for items and checking in/out difficult. There is a fenced in parking lot with a gate so your vehicle is safe overnight.
