“It was a memorable stay - tastefully designed room with all the comfort in mind, great location , only steps away from the pier. The best part was the morning bike ride organized by the hotel- we met at 5 am and it was definitely worth it - the lake was serene and beautiful and the sunrise was amazing! The local guide was informative and and friendly and we had a blast!”

“We really loved it here. The hotel itself is very clean, we got the Japanese styled room and we loved it. Aunty cooked us delicious breakfast, the staff is very nice and it is central to anything you want to do.”

“It’s an older establishment. The room furnitures are fairly worn. No chairs in the room but a sitting area which is not comfortable to rest. ”

“There was a night firefly walk included and guided hikes as well. The staff was great and spoke English well, but also spoke about us in Mandarin not knowing we also understood. Only mentioning that they were surprised we would show up in Taiwan with such a horrible president. While we agree about the horrible president part, it was still a bit rude. The room had a rustic feel, and we were able to have the cool mountain air come in the windows when it wasn’t raining too hard. Hard rain made the...
