The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel lobby is very beautiful.Transport is very convenient, Bus stop and MRT station are very near the hotel. It is also convenient for shopping and eating. All staffs are polite and friendly, We have a very good stay at Shangri-La Hotel, we will definitely come back again when we visit Xian next time.

The bed is big. We had king size bed. Can actually sleep 3 adults. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe snacks and drinks are abit pricy. Hotel not so modern.

Our stay at the Shangri-la was exceptional. The facilities were first rate and the services from the staff even better. Even before our arrival at the hotel, the concierge at the hotel, Oscar, was in touch with us to offer his services regarding transportation, site seeing and other details regarding our visit to Xian. He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city.

The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. Good value for money, good ambience. couldn't ask for more. Please keep up the good work and improve your short falls if you want to stay in your competion with others. Overall excellent. Was disappointed that my request for connecting room was not given. The king size bed can actually sleeps 3 adults. It’s hugh.

Chaotic hotel , the worst Shangri la hotel!!

Very bad experience in this hotel. The front desk staff is just sleeping … and the hotel horizon club is closed but still selling the room saying that is horizon club price! It is cheating. And I ask for coffee in the restaurants even saying that is no coffee? No coffee in Shangri-La, could you believe it? And one more final is they just suddenly overcharge by CNY3XXX even for nothing!? I just realize few days I left by seeing my credit card statement! And call back that they said that is room charge?! I paid everything in hotels com, and I book three rooms x 4 nights then telling me that the total charge is CNY3XXX? Totally chaotic!!
