I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment we received during breakfast at your hotel. Unfortunately, the lady in charge of the breakfast service treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Not only did she attend to us with a poor attitude, but she also turned off the lights in the dining area while we were still eating, leaving us in complete darkness. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that no other guests experience such treatment in the future. There was a severe thunderstorm overnight. The next morning I noticed the windows leaked and the carpet was wet. Also lamp next to the bed didn’t work. Bed was supposed to be a queen size but was only double.

The hotel and staff were great. The pool area is one of the best I've seen. It even has a small pool for the kids. The hot tub was great and he pool was warm which made it more enjoyable. Twigs restaurant on site was phenomenal. If you love ribs you have to get them. I will definitely be going back.
