Stayed here for a concert at the palladium. Was a quick and safe walk to the venue. Property was very clean, helpful friendly staff and parking was easy and convenient. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area!

We made a reservation for a suite, but I didn't pay attention to the beds (king bed and sofa bed). The staff looked at our reservation and saw that there were 4 guests total and upgraded our room for us so that we had a room with a king bed and a shared room with 2 queens. AND they made this change before we even arrived. Will definitely stay here again!

This property has been completely upgraded and rebranded. You should disregard any reviews (positive or negative from befor August 20,2026. The room was amazing but the staff was better. I had an issue that was my own fault and they went out of their way to help. The property really embraces the community and highlights the best of Worcester and it's history. I They don't habe their own restaurant but Mezval next door is fantastic. I especially appreciate the updated bathroom in the room and the comfortable bed.

It was okay

Hotel is ok. We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay, however this time was not as great. Our first room smelt funny and had evidence of water leaking from the ceiling, peeling wallpaper. I did request a room change and the woman at the front was helpful. Our second room was better, but it’s clear the rooms are due for a refresher. One of the chairs had very obvious patchwork done, and the beds were very stiff. Breakfast staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was decent.

The afternoon staff were great in helping me get a new room when my original didn’t have AC. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, and the bathroom was in great condition as it should be! The elevators and hvac units could use some updating but that doesn’t take away from all the positives!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. However the property is sub par. No water at check in, coffee in morning, closet not only did not have hangers but no bar to hang them from. Door is not flush to floor so light spills in from hallway. Even hotel name on sign incorrect… looks like new owner. great staff, property sucks :(
