The Inn is very charming and the staff was super friendly. We sat by the fire at night and enjoyed walking to the covered bridge and along the creek. Very happy with our stay!!
This is a really nice property with parking and a river across. It’s beautiful with a lot of outdoor space. Rooms were decent and staff was nice and helpful.
Easy check in and check out. Clean rooms and space to relax in if you didn't want to be in your room. Coffee and hot chocolate bar were great for a cold fall day.
Beautiful property! Our room was clean and beautiful! Wasn’t crazy about the room overlooking the road and not having dinner or bfast at the resort. Staff was very nice and super accommodating!!!! The hot chocolate bar is a major plus
Lovely place just a few miles (10 minutes) outside of the town center, and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We drove into town center several times but we were glad we stayed away from the crowds. There's a wonderful Farmer's Market super close, so our last night, we ate in with the food we purchased there. Full refrigerator, microwave and all the comforts of home. Not a huge room, but so well organized that I worked great for the two of us. Would stay here again. Nice hosts!
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice amenities, and the coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar in reception was impressive and free. The staff were helpful and professional. The building was clearly very old but extremely well maintained.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay, about 20 mins drive to Killington nearby. Room was clean and quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Nice coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby but unfortunately not offering breakfast anymore.
The Lincoln Inn was in a great area outside of Woodstock. The grounds are beautiful, and a covered bridge is only a short walk from the property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay in April! Mud season, but still great to be right next to the river
This property is in a beautiful setting, where you can walk, cycle, fish and enjoy the. Jew of the meandering brook that passes by the property. There are 2 buildings with rooms. Both buildings have living room/ lounge areas, though only one has a TV. One of them has a large string area as well as a table where you can work or eat meals. This was aperceptions for us, because 2 of us were meeting and needed a table to work, while the 3rd person went fishing. There were good breakfast places and lunch nearby and good enough restaurants for supper (we were unable to get a reservation at what appeared to be a very good, but expensive restaurant).
Cozy little b&b tucked away just outside of town. Staff was friendly, called to find out when I would be arriving to make sure they had everything ready. Room was clean and spacious.
Freshly made breakfast with assortment of breads and scrambled eggs. Multiple breakfast beverages too. It's a beautiful, historic inn setting, within 75 yards of a covered bridge.
The location was great--it's a short drive to Woodstock downtown but away from the bustle and the traffic. The Inn is by the river so the view is fantastic. Overall the Inn had a very relaxing vibe which we really enjoyed. Our room seemed to be newly renovated. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We'll definitely stay there again!

We loved that the owner shared her daughter's paintings and history of the Inn. They are making the Inn beautiful as they only took it over in Feb. Of this year. Great breakfast with great coffee and herbal teas. Great job Luke!!
It was very nice, with a good breakfast, especially the yummy toast/bread. The room was nice enough except for plasticky mattress cover and tiny shower. We loved the outdoor space which has nice furniture and access to the river. Woodstock is a wonderful town.
Super cozy rooms with large comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit near the river. If you open your windows at night you can hear the river which is lovely. Just a couple minutes drive from Woodstock center
