We had a ground floor room which was close to kitchen and breakfast room which was noisy for the golfers who had requested earlier breakfast times. Staff convivial and friendly. Breakfast good and plenty of it - Lincolnshire sausage excellent. Beware carparking access a little tricky to negotiate. Easy access to local shops and golf course!

Lovely family run B&B

Lovely family run B&B, the veggie breakfasts are nice, the rooms are comfortable, we loved the electric fire as it was a cold few days. Great location in the centre of the village next to shops and we had some meals from the chippy just down the road. Free parking on-site.

Absolutely perfect

What an amazing place to stay reasonable priced and the owner made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. I cannot recommend this place enough it was clean tidy fresh the breakfast was amazing. The bed was wow I’ve not slept so well in years and my partner Thought it was just perfect too. Will definitely be staying again soon hopefully thank you Martin.

Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.
