“Room very clean, great breakfast variety. No TV in main room. Shower water cool and once warm went cold very quickly. Lovely warm room and cosy bed.”

“No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. “Clean room with easy check in. Parking is extremely limited. We were staying for 2 nights and I had to ask staff if I could have the second mornings complimentary breakfast. They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!”

“What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw...

“Great stay for a family of five in older style motel setting. Clean and comfortable and close to town. Heating worked a treat and we appreciated the electric blankets, spare blankets and pillows. For a budget family stay in Daylesford it does the job perfectly.”
