Vacations Close To Wofford College

Roaches crawling all over you at night. When I cut the light on there were so many little ones walking all over the floor I thought I was in a bad dream.

This was a great property overall. The thoughtfulness of the design and the great property layout made the stay very helpful.

Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy..

Had a wonderful experience with one of the house keepers, I believe her name was Valerie? I'm terrible with names, so I hope that's right. She offered to help me with obtaining some coffee and didn't have to. Poor thing was on her break. She is absolutely wonderful. I strongly suggest a raise for her and recognition for her 10 years of dedication. You guys should be proud to have her on your team. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and comfortable. Thank you again.

Nice hotel

Hotel is very nice. Like many places these days it appears they have a shortage of staff . We arrived at 8:30 and the front desk informed me our room may not be ready. I let her know of my displeasure, after she informed it maybe a 15-20 minute wait to confirm. To her credit, she was very polite and asked not to shoot the messenger. After a short wait we were given our room, only for it not to be cleaned. Front desk was again polite and issued another room. I appreciate them getting us another room quickly, however for this level of hotel I would expect my room to be ready at check in by 8:30 at night. We frequently visit the area due to softball tournaments and after a long day on the fields, sitting in the lobby is an inconvenience tired and dirty.

Amazing location. Star was great and gas station right across the street!
