Our AC window unit was quite loud (a mixed blessing/deterrent) but not very productive in cooling the room. “Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. “Beauty place to stay. No TV in room and found out when we got there the restaurant was only open Monday and Tuesday. Quaint and super comfy in an amazing setting.”

“It is a perfect place to sense of small-town New York. And just across the road there is a short walk to Schroon Lake which is marvellous as it is lined by trees that are close to 100 feet high. Beautiful lake view with a small, sandy beach. Owners are delightful to speak with. Very pleasant experience.”
