Room was clean, didn’t get to use the pool or eat breakfast. The only strange thing was that the sink was outside of the bathroom. Otherwise it was just a nice, clean, comfortable room.

A great place to stay with young children who may be interested but scared about Waterparks. This hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool and children’s area. Each pool had a small water slide just perfect for young kids to try and feel comfortable with. Every morning breakfast was served in the common area. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms were clean and spacious, with soft bedding and crisp sheets. The bathroom had soap and lotion, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Another perk was the mini fridge and microwave. It’s nice to have a place for cool beverages after a hot day, and a way to warm up leftovers from the restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

room was incredibly clean, front desk staff was super helpful. I did not get her name, but she was holding down the fort and was great. breakfast was super good and hot. pool was great. The only thing that they should pay more attention to is the bathroom in the women’s area of the indoor pool there are tiles that are loose on the floor when you step on them they’re raising, which could be an issue.

Breakfast was very good. Indoor pool kids loved. But outdoor pools were very cold. Was 3rd week of June, would be nice if they were warmed up rooms were nice, but pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. If needed extra towels, sheets, pillows and etc we got within minutes. I would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had some variety of food. I liked the fact that they had both soft and firm pillows. I LOVED the hot tub. The rooms were clean. We had a chair and foot rest in the room as well. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. I did have some issues. I thought the beds were a bit hard for me. The bed in the room was a challenge for my mom to get into due to a hip and knee issues. I suggest if you are traveling with someone with similar issues to bring a small one step ladder to help them get in their bed. The toilet in the room was also a bit lower than we are used to but they did have a handicap bar close enoug to help with getting up.
