My kids had an amazing time Highly recommend getting a wolf pass for the kids while your there! Keeps the younger ones especially entertained! Only complaints I got doubled charged for something at check in but they got it fixed once I caught it. And the latch to our hotel room was loose so we had to make sure to pull the door tight when we left the room.

Check in was easy, except wrist bands wouldn't open door and had to go twice to desk to get activated. Also charged $20 dollars for parking where it actually says no charge on website. Desk said ever since covid there's been a charge. That made absolutely no sense. We ordered pizza from inside hotel and it was reasonably priced and delicious.
