I liked how warm the water was from the inside Waterpark, but it was very warm and smelled a lot like Clorox when you where out of the water. The location was great as it was really close to a lot of things like the zoo, breakfast and lunch locations. Check in was really easy and they were able to give us connecting rooms which was really helpful.

Location was very convenient and staff was great. Tv wasn’t working properly, and a staff member came right away and helped out. Our room smelled very musty and damp, but one night was tolerable. Could definitely use some updating and general maintenance, but worked great for what our family needed.

My family and I had a nice time, staff was helpful, room was very nice and we loved the set up of the suite we were in. The only thing was WiFi was not working too well, but it did not bother us too much. We came for the waterparks.

It was family friendly for sure, but you could tell the pool areas were dated and needed updating. The staff was nice and check in was easy. The hotel room smelled like mildew and left us congested and sneezing. The carpet was also sticky in some places and the drawers in the tv stand would never close. Over all not the worst.

Pools were great for the kids and clean. Our room was the worst part of everything. Sliding doors didn't lock, smelled moldy, toilet paper holder was following off the wall, huge cracks between both sides of the door. Price friendly and the rooms show it.

At one time i’m sure this was the place to be. This resort needs maintenance big time. I hope the owners can give this place the makeover it deserves. The kids love the pools but they got cut up and scratched up because things are peeling and there are no mats by the slides where the water is very shallow . I do think this hotel can be brought back to it former glory - it’s not too late.

The staff was great. 2 pools were down at check in. The other pool went down due to glass shortly after the 2 other pools became available. The room was clean for the most part. A few small things that could be missed under a deadline. Only 10 channel for the tv. Ice machine did not work on the first floor. Very good location, easy to get to attractions close by.

If you want to stay somewhere with black mold in the showers and crumbling concrete on their slides for a premium price choose this place. Also the magnum rubber by my car in the parking lot was fun to explain to the kids. Watch out for the broken tiles going to and from the pool if you’re not wearing shoes as well.

It was nice having an indoor pool. However, the only reason we chose this property was because it stated that Noah’s Ark waterpark passes were included with the stay. When I went to check in, I was notified they haven’t done that in several years. If I knew this beforehand, I would have chose a different resort. We stayed in one of the bigger suites to accommodate our party. The king sized bed in our room was very springy and uncomfortable. The pillows were not great either. I have stayed at several resorts all over Wisconsin dells (Chula Vista, Kalahari, Christmas Mountain, Mount Olympus, and a few others) and this was by far my least favorite. The property is close to many attractions though. People do need to know that the waterpark tickets are not included in the stay.
