People don't come here for the nice motel rooms. They come here for the complementary access to many things: the large inflatable water park, the zoo, the other motel facilities owned by Natura. And of course close proximity to everything else that the Dells has to offer. It's not Mt. Olympus, but we had a fun time without all the crowds.

The outdoor lagoon, playground mini natural waterpark were perfect for our 5 year old. We stayed in a comfortable room with a unique bunk bed which she loved. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were nice to have onsite but need some upkeep. Overall, it was a great stay in a convenient location.

We loved our stay in their tiny house, especially the private roof deck. We originally booked for the tree house but did like the idea of the communal bathroom and toilets. So, we upgraded to the tiny home. Juliet at the front desk was very polite, friendly and accommodating. Not to mention very patient. She explained the difference between the hotel room, tree house and tiny house. The only thing we didn’t like was the little love seat in the living room, it was so uncomfortable. We didn’t have the equipment to connect our laptop to the TV and didn’t want to watch what they had available on Dish TV. We’ll definitely come back again.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
My only concern was that we stayed in the tree houses and use the bathrooms. There were used by other patrons and we ran out of toilet paper, and soap. The other concern was the showers The other issue was that not all the bathrooms had access to us. They were locked. We had about five bathrooms that were available, but could’ve used some extra care. The treehouse was incredibly clean and very accommodating. The staff was amazing and helped us all the time. I would stay here again, but make sure the bathroom bathrooms were clean.
