Overall we enjoyed our one night stay at Treescape resort. The grounds aren't spectacular but the location is great and the outdoor lagoon is nice and for the price we were happy. One of the outdoor pools wasn't open which was disappointing. We stayed in the cabins which have shared shower/toilet facilities which are minimalist. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The towels are terrible, bring your own! Major annoyance was lack of easily accessible drinking water.

We stayed in 1 of the mini houses and it was enough room for a family of 5. We loved how close we were to the hotel pools and water parks, enjoyed swimming at all the different places, and really liked going to the Timbaviti Wildlife Park with our free passes. The only issue we had was that they offered to replace our TV, it took over 3 hours and never worked for the rest of the weekend. Our fireplace never worked and when we ran out of toilet paper the replacement they gave us didn’t even fit on the TP holder. Overall it was a great stay, only minor issues.

The room was fantastic!! Very spacious and plenty of room for our party of 4. We had a balcony to the indoor pool which was nice to have . Pool was great and so was the hot tub. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that anytime we swam in the pool we all would be coughing a lot, and we would hear a lot of coughing when others were swimming. It was a little strange , but none the less, we still enjoyed our stay.
