The accommodation was good. Courteous check-in staff and nice, clean accommodation. The breakfast that is included is not very good. There are very limited choices and it could really use some basic add-ons like muffins, croissants, decaf coffee.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent, and the entire place was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They truly made me feel at home and made my stay even more enjoyable. This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Windsor. Whenever I visit Windsor again, I will absolutely choose this beautiful hotel without hesitation.
