The food in the Main Hotel was amazing. We stayed in the castle and the room was big and spacious. Check in time is very late. The Castle unless in restaurant times there was nowhere like a simple shop to be able to get a simple drink without having to go over to the main Resort.

The staff were really helpful. The little touches were great. Themed really well. I loved the treasure hunt for our child in the room and he loved his section of the room had it’s own tv and a no adults sign. There was plenty of Lego to entertain both children and adult. We booked the golf which was super fun. Good shower and bathroom was super clean. Although bed was comfy, I didn’t sleep well due to bright light shining through curtains and air con unit humming but I should have brought my eye mask. I can’t comment on food. We went to Windsor for dinner and skipped breakfast as we left booking too late and we wanted to benefit the 30 minutes early access to the park and the earliest we could have booked was 9:45am so make sure you book early to get good breakfast time. Just wished we had more time to have enjoyed the pool.

The staff were so attentive and kind. My kids loved the treasure hunt laid out in the room upon arrival. Lego man visiting our table made their day. The playroom and sensory room are fantastic. We’d go back again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at the Woodland Village. The lodges were lovely and the kids loved the little Lego hunt and treat in the room. Everything was clean and on “theme” and the little parks were great. The staff were really helpful. The only reason I haven’t rated excellent is: Airplane noise from Heathrow which obviously is no one’s fault. Breakfast was really poor. Just recooked rubbery food and a tiny continental selection. You’d think after the amount you pay they’d have a coffee machine as well but only instant unless you wanted to buy a Costa. The early access to the park was a bit of a shambles with lots of queues and no one really knowing what was going on. We also queued for the coastguard ride for 10 minutes in the early queue to then be told it was shut by which point the other early ride queues were all busy! A lovely stay just a few niggles.

Brilliant stay! The kids loved it, however one thing I will say is we was in room 207 and the treasure chest hunt within the room does not match up and it was impossible so I ended up goggling it and other people also staying in that room said that it didn’t work so luckily the code was shared on there which we used. We will definitely be back as my children would like to try the priate room next!

Wonderful stay

Fantastic time at the woodland village. Staff were absolutely wonderful, accommodation was great and the area was perfect for families. Lots of out door play areas. Lego creations spots inside the clubhouse. Food was nice Entertainment was good We celebrated a birthday and the staff where lovely and went above and beyond
