Great property, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and warm property. The wifi was great and parking was easy. If I had to provide any feedback is that I felt the main dining table was unsafe especially as it was wobbly for having meals.

Very good property and excellent location for us to get into London. Apartment is lovely, however the sofa bed is very firm so was pretty uncomfortable after 2 nights. Table in the property also needs fixing as it is very wobbly. Could also do with some more glasses in the property.

We stayed at Hampden Apartments as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations. Communication from the host was virtually non-existent. Despite the listing stating that check-in instructions would be sent by email, I received nothing after booking and none of my messages through Expedia or calls to the provided mobile number were answered. This caused unnecessary stress leading up to our trip, and I eventually had to contact Expedia, who reassured me they would arrange alternative accommodation if the host remained unresponsive. Thankfully, the check-in details arrived the night before our stay, but after that there was no further communication. On arrival, it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned properly. The furniture was dusty, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, and the dishes were dirty. I had to load the dishwasher immediately after arriving. There was also no toilet roll provided. I messaged the host again but, as before, received no response, so we had to go out and buy our own. The toiletries supplied were half-used bottles, which we were uncomfortable using. I booked this apartment based on its exceptional reviews, but our experience was far from exceptional. While the location was great, the lack of communication, poor cleanliness, and absence of basic essentials made for a very disappointing stay.

We absolutely loved staying here, as it was close to everything and places that we used to eat in when we lived in Windsor, I would definitely recommend it and we we will definitely be staying again, the host was so accommodating

Great property

Property was great, lots of food options available and can see the top of the castle from the bedroom. Hotels.com didn't send on all of the check in info, so there was a delay in getting in, but the owner of the property was very quick to respond.
