Apartment is spacious and clean. Location is excellent although you need to find the many shortcuts to the surrounding streets... furniture are a bit old-fashioned, and some taps are separate for cold/hot, as is quite common in the UK... Narrow stairs to climb 2 floors, but this was expected

Great location close to shops, very well equipped kitchen, USB wall plugs a plus, with good lighting throughout. Full size refrigerator. Car parking was unpredictable and dependent on vacant spaces as no dedicated space for the unit. Dish washer in kitchen but no clothes washing machine (although they did provide an air drying frame). Access was via fairly narrow 2 flights of stairs and would be challenging for less mobile visitors. There was some noise transmitted , particularly from the apartment above - however that was beyond the control of the unit owners. Including some tea/coffee would have been nice.

Absolutely terrible experience the property has very steep steps and is located on second floor I traveled with my 11 months old daughter and my wife was pregnant so it was almost impossible without a lift for us to go outside we planned and saved for this holiday 2 years ago but they ruined everything for us and they property and hotels.com refused to reimburse my payment because of their mistake we had to suffer a huge loss
