We were in town for a family funeral. Dominque, at the front desk, was particularly kind, thoughtful, and professional. She made us feel very welcome. The other staff were also very helpful as needed.

Overall a decent hotel and decent stay. John at the front desk was very helpful and all the staff was nice. Pool was closed but that wasn't a problem. The breakfast was good. Only issue I had was the fitness center wasn't well maintained. I would recommend to family and friends.

Rooms and the facility were generally clean. Parking was easy and adequate. Breakfast was not so great. The A/c unit in the rooms was extremely noisy and could wake you from sleep. Very bad for light sleepers,

Quick check in, we found a towel hook dangling from the wall. Once reported the hook was repaired promptly unlike the slow drain that was not addressed over 2 nights. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good assortment to choose from. I was refused a late check out because I am not a gold member. The first refusal that I've ever received, very disappointing.
