You get what you pay for, a simple clean place to sleep. There wasn't any internet when I went.

Rooms were upgraded which was nice, however the dead bugs on the floor were not nice. The pool was nice and clean. The front desk staff was super nice.

Will not return & it was awful. I didn’t even stay the whole weekend because of the room. It was noisy throughout the night.

No drinking glasses in room. When asked for them the desk clerk gave me paper cups. No plastic bag for ice bucket and was told they were out. Ice machine was near front desk and we were in a detached building 75 yards from it. Cob webs in upper corner when we checked in and there 2 days latter when we checked out.

Not What We Expected

The stay was strictly for a clean bed and bath. We had an issue as our room was dirty (I will spare the details). We addressed this with the staff which are very nice. We only stayed one night out of the two. I do hope they are able to clean up the hotel as planned as it does have potential.

I don't care what some people's reviews are. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of motels/hotels. I loved my stay. It's quiet, clean and priced right. Staff when i checked in was helpful. Definitely would return

Great Value in an Expensive Area.

I would have probably rated it a 4 overall, but I gave it a 5 to raise the average rating because some reviewers are clearly ranking it too low----maybe expecting the Ritz-Carlton or something. Some people want to spend beer and pizza money and get treated to high end champagne and caviar. Those people are unrealistic and unfair. This hotel has a convenient location, plenty of free parking, competent staff and clean, quiet rooms. When you are paying this low rate in Williamsburg, this meets or exceeds reasonable expectations. The room was clean and things worked----television, clock, WiFi and sink/shower, etc. Air conditioning unit was also excellent. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, for good sleep after a long day. Next morning, got the free breakfast----toasted bagel and cream cheese, juice and coffee. They had cereals available too, muffins, etc. Nothing fancy, but it was included and fresh enough. The check-in and check-out were flawless, fast and easy. If you're looking for a safe, friendly place to sleep, at a very affordable price, give it a try.

There was a bag of someone trash outside my front door for the entire night until the morning when I asked for it to be picked up. There were 5 dead flies on the windowsill. The room was too hot--the AC could not be turned any lower so we had to sleep without any covers at night. The towels were too small to wrap around my body (and I'm a small person at 135 pounds). The bed squeaked very loudly when we moved. Everything was slightly not quite right and made for a very disappointing 2 night-stay.

Clean rooms, convenient location, friendly staff.

Was pleasantly surprised of the overall condition of the property for a value hotel. Would definetly stay again. Weekend stay with the grandkids for a Busch Gardens / Water Country weekend.

One of the nicer places for the modestly priced hotels in Williamsburg. A bit outside the main commercial strip, but still a convenient location. The rooms are in good shape, unlike some other budget accommodations I have stayed at in town.

The hotel was pretty clean, but the beds were so uncomfortable, I woke up like 6 times in the middle of the night and the next morning my neck and back were sore. If you need a cheap place to rest your head for the night then it’s alright but it might be worth spending a little extra for somewhere else with a more comfy bed.

The pictures on the website for the rooms are not the same as the room. But, as the saying goes you get what you paid for. Cheap price and got cheap room. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Old, Dirty, Rundown

Flip lock was broken. Tv only had one channel. Smelt like a smoking room. Housekeeping never came. Extremely noisy.
