We really enjoyed our stay. I know some have issues with their not being a beach on-site but we really enjoyed the quietness of the resort and the opportunity to get away from everything. The staff was wonderful! Only thing that we would like to see better would be the food options for room service. It was hit or miss on quality and there was no variation and limited options unless you went to Dreams.

A beautiful, intimate adults-only resort that feels like a peaceful private escape. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the staff was warm, attentive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind and truly disconnect. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety and switch up the food options throughout the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything.

Property and Staff were Great! Bartenders Jason Brian and Latoya Fabulous! Pool was nice, no beach which we knew. Dreams Resort terrible! Cheap liquor and terrible service and food. Beach area terrible . A cove thats it. The other side of island much better . Took Catamaran Snorkeling Trip saw other places would stay next time. Also they serve the same food for 8 days. Never changed. Not what I expected.

The rooms are very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beach area is not as pictured at all. The loungers in the pictures had no shade and were shoved off to the side and no one was using them. The beach area was crowded and very little shade. If you were using the bungalow you were sharing with other people. Very disappointed by the beach. The food at the beach also was hamburgers and hotdogs and the guy at the stand was not friendly at all.

This resort was very clean, the staff was friendly. The sister resort Dreams was also accessible to us with our all inclusive stay. Zoetry is across from the beach, so you have to go to dreams for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay at the zoetry perfect for couples who want an escape. Room was indeed perfect pool view. Very private, enjoyed the fact that if you stay here you have access to dreams resort & el mare. Beach water was amazing at dreams & enjoyed the night entertainment. Night life is also enjoyable especially on a Thursday. Only down side the food was not enjoyable unless it was outside of the resorts, granted we found 1 or 2 things we liked. Other than that I would also say that they should’ve pushed more on the excursions because they definitely have great options & we didn’t really try but we definitely should’ve asked too. I give this resort a 9/10

Perhaps the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever left an online review of anything before, but the lack of hospitality/vibe that the staff gives off made me this time around. The property, beaches, food, etc… was all very nice (not worth $600 a night nonetheless) but it was the worst hotel staff I’ve ever seen.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay special. A standout was Jeison at the bar his passion for crafting drinks really shows, and every cocktail was made with care and professionalism. The food was excellent, and breakfast was always fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day. I also loved having access to their sister resorts and being able to enjoy additional amenities, which made the experience even more special. Overall, the service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort!
