This resort exceeded my expectations, the staff is super friendly and amenities are more than ample. Clean and well manicured surroundings, good quality food and beverages with lots of options. The room is a little inconvenient with the sockets to charge your phone / laptop. Other than that I had a great stay. Staff can be a little more attentive with answering the phones accordingly as well. The scene and food was amazing though. Thank you for the selective restaurants beaches bars and activities!!!

Wife and I really loved our stay. Amazing snorkeling. Food was okay. The Buffett for breakfast and dinner was actually really good, but making a reservation at one of the specialty restaurants was annoying and the food was sub par. Staff was friendly, but service getting a drink at times could be slow. AMAZING SNORKELING can be had right off the beach at the hotel. Prime location to be able to walk into downtown Willemstad. My wife said she would definitely come back and I agree.

This resort checks most of the boxes for me. I felt extremely safe walking around as a female solo traveler. The room was clean and well maintained on a daily basis. I had a swim out room and the pool was lovely. Loads to do on this property for families and adult travelers.

The reviews left are justified. Some staff are not welcoming or helpful. The property is quite noticeably understaffed. The food choices are ok but food is over cooked most times and the placement of the food in the buffet area is not located in a safe directional path.

Travelled with family had a great time at The Rif. My son and i enjoyed the water park. Although we were unsuccessful in making a reservation at the restaurants. The main buffet area provided a variety of meals.

Most of the staff was nice and friendly. The buffet was wonderful, the other dinning options need help! The portions were small and the service was rushed. I have been in a lot of all inclusive resorts around the world, this resort needs to upgrade their dining quality and service. They also need to offer evening entertainment. Everything else was nice. Curacao is a beautiful place to vacation.

The hotel is excellent. Looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are comfy and rooms are kept clean and spacious. Food is Delicious and the buffet options are endless. The one thing I would say is they should play music at the bars. When sitting there enjoying a drink late night you do so in silence, doesn't exactly scream "good time"otherwise this hotel is perfect!!
