I had a wonderful stay at the Rif! Everything was great from start to finish. The property was beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable and overall the experience was excellent. Amazing! I didn’t get to try all the restaurants but I loved the buffet at otrobanda and the harbor restaurant hit everytime. Staff was kind and friendly. Loved my room with the personal swim up pool. Definitely coming back!

I enjoyed my stay here! We stayed 6 days and did not have any issues. The property is well maintained and the staff is always cleaning the pool area. There are no waitresses/waiters at the pool but we didn’t mind getting out to get our drinks. The food was decent. We could always find something in the buffet that was tasty. I would recommend this property to others.

Overall good experience. Ala carte restaurants were fair, except the seafood restaurant was very good, and the buffets in main restaurant were excellent. Man made lagoon was cool because no waves or currents to worry about. Sand wasn’t the best, a lot of crushed coral but was fine, and I wish the staff overall could be more friendly

The resort was quite pleasant, but I believe the swimming pool water level was excessively high. Since it’s a family resort, it’s a waste of time reserving an Ocean view Room because the view is often obstructed by a cruise ship.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of options and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again.

The property was extremely clean. We loved the coffee shop, the kayak tour, the water slide and ping pong table. The staff was very courteous, and polite. The bars were very efficient and waited on us quickly. The food could use an upgrade. Also, if from US you need to bring travel plug adapters for your phone.

hotel was absolutely amazing and a beautiful property and clean. It was very clean and pristine. There was always workers out and about sweeping mopping picking up after people throwing away trash never seen anything like it before the property is absolutely beautiful and great for families, small children with the waterpark. It’s very walkable distance to downtown Williamstead. The rooms were very large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Anything that you could possibly need is right there on the resort including a doctor on site all you have to do is get from the airport to the resort and you are set. They have rental cars excursions that you can book through them and save a ton of money. We will definitely be back to this resort in this beautiful island. The Rif staff Thanks for all the wonderful memories and thanks for the enjoyable hospitality that you have provided for my family and me.

We had a great time at the Rif. The other section which is Mangrove was more lively, however we had access to that section as well. Traveled with family and toddlers. Very relaxing vacation. I would book at the same hotel again.

The rooms were very spacious. I loved that main pool had a toddler section. The reservations for dinner were difficult as there were limited seating and some only opened 24hr before. While the food at the buffet was good, for a 5 day stay, there were not much variety in daily servings. There were minimal local dishes at the buffet, there should be a local restaurant on site or offer a few local dishes each day. The facilities were very clean and for the most part the staff was friendly. At peak dining hours the buffet could become crowded and extremely hot - even though there were fans in the dining area, they were not in use. Overall a good experience.
