The only complaint I have is the breakdown on the property. I felt a bit lost and I didn’t even know about a restaurant on the beach serving lobster every night. I figured it out by accident on my last night and the food was amazing! A wonderful resort!

Sandals is a beautiful resort and we enjoyed our stay. Food and drinks were good for the most part. Cons for me were the bed was hard, and pillows were overly worn. Two pillows didn't even feel like one. The other thing is they lacked entertainment and being that the resort is really far out from the rest. You can easily get bored. The 3rd party tours be careful they don't like to pick up at the resort which forces you to pay with resort which is more expensive. Overall we had a nice relaxed time at Sandals. But for the price point we wouldn't come back to this Sandals. We would consider others that offer similar experiences for less.

Our stay was wonderful, it was hard to leave! The food was great, so many options. The property is large & beautifully landscaped. Loved all of the flowers & birds. Everything is clean & well maintained. So many activities to choose from, and the pools & beach area are wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Start to end was an amazing trip. Met so many wonderful staff. Biorn helped us book a returning trip and the chemistry between him and Jurynella had us laughing entire time. Met Alana bartending and decided our return would be to her home country of Grenada. I look for ward to returning to Curacao in future. I still need a Chi Chi doll

We loved everything about our stay! On days when we just wanted to lay back and chill we ordered room service and relaxed. We loved hanging out around the infinity pool. If someone told me that I would spend hours standing in the pool and not swim, I wouldn’t have believed it. I can’t say enough great things about our stay!

The beach was great! Food quality and choices were good. However, I was unable to make reservations to the restaurants that required reservations because they were fully booked for the next 3 days. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. When I tried to reserve restaurants they simply said nothing is available and they can’t do anything abt it. They did not try to accommodate every guest. The customer service makes this place like every other Caribbean resort that I have been to.

I had an amazing experience here. The food across the board was delicious - definitely had options for everyone. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. They were basically on the vacation with me lol. The resort itself is gorgeous and very accommodating. The only pitfall was that they didn’t have as many activities/entertainment as I would have liked. It may have been due to the clientele but otherwise, highly recommend.

Property is well maintained and staff does a great job, it feels like tropical paradise. There are a few things that prevent me from coming back. They claim to have 11 restaurants, they are not. The best restaurant was Strand by the ocean/beach area. We were able to get in only for 2 dinners, to French and steak place/ Butch. French was good, steak place couldn’t make me a steak, asked for med rare, got well done. Buffet had limited choices, very small. They have a few food trucks on the property, I was looking forward to try, was disappointed. Drinks on the other hand were good. Entertainment 3/10. Gym was very small. Beach was small, don’t expect much from a beach if that’s what you’re looking for. Another positive they will take you to snorkel, no extra cost , equipment provided. Resort will pick you up from the airport and take you back, no arrangements needed. Resort is too far away from everything, yes, you can rent a car, but who wants to spend hours driving on the vacation to get to the nearest beach. For me it’s not worth to come back, don’t think I’m a spoiled brat, I’m your average middle aged woman that take vacation 2-3 times a year.

Sandals Curacao was absolutely amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the staff, the grounds, the food, the entertainment the rooms etc. The staff at Sandals are truly incredible. Every single member of the Sandals family at this resort was professional, pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. A huge shout out to the entertainment team. From the evening shows “Carnival” “Sensational” to pool volleyball that team was flawless. They are all so friendly and fun. We will ALWAYS choose Sandals wherever we vacation. Beautiful pools, beaches and rooms. Truly a perfect vacation.

The restaurant staff are great! The quality of the food is also very good! The site and the hotel in general are very beautiful! The reception staff are not helpful and not good! They are not customer-oriented and not sufficiently trained! The quality of the infrastructure is not good! At the fitness center, many machines are broken down and not repaired! The quality of service at the food truck is inadéquate.
