The building is on the high street with parking at the rear. Walkway from the car park brings you out right next to the guest house. The staff and the breakfast was brilliant.

We stayed at the Bank Guest House for one night on our road trip of Scotland. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was and how large the bedroom was. The owner was extremely friendly and cooked a lovely breakfast for us in the morning! Wick itself is a little run down with not much to do, but for a one night stop off I would thoroughly recommend staying at this B&B.

Parking out the back was easy… facilities were fine… but there were a lot of stairs and no lift up to our top floor room, which was an issue given I had a very sore knee at the time due to an injury . Breskfast was good… overall I would recommend this business

It looks "down at heel" when you arrive and there's no-one there to greet you, or even let you in! But a quick call sorted it all out. Once inside the room was warm and has some nice touches. Breakfast was great.

Had an issue gaining access as even the owner was locked out at the time we arrived. Was one of those situations where you just need to roll with it. The owner was incredibly apologetic and provided a free bottle of wine as an apology which I found a lovely gesture. The location itself is on a main road, but this is relatively quiet overnight and there is free parking at the rear of the building. The property is split over several levels with lots of stairs so may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues and it is slightly tried looking in parts. It is clean enough, comfy enough and the breakfast was ok. Overall my opinion is that it's one of these places where there are no major issues which would make me want to stay somewhere else, yet at the same time there is nothing that stands out so much that I'd want to rush back.

It was located bang on city centre and walkable access to eating places. Host of property was amazing and added a personal touch to the stay which made it more wonderful. It was noisy for us on weekend night as there are also clubs nearby.
