We stayed here twice in a week on our way to and from Oklahoma from Minnesota. Both times it was a great value in price, really nice room, and very good breakfasts. On our return trip we had a room with a nonworking TV and Cameron was such a great help. He moved us to another room just like we had - it was a suite - and then went up and made sure the TV worked before we moved our things to the new room. He then brought us the key to the new room which was just a couple doors down. He was very helpful. Love the breakfast choices, a definite step up from others.

I was skeptical when we arrived. The location and the hotels around it were quite sketchy. However our room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was great. The hallways need attention and the elevator inspection notice was past due. We left promptly when we woke. The girl at the desk had head phones on as we walked out the door.

Upon arrival, we immediately regretted our hotel choice due to the sewer smell the moment we exited our vehicle. We were told at the front desk that there is a sewage plant less than a mile away from the hotel. After a smooth check-in, we had no issues until the next day. I was told randomly (traveling with no kids) in the hallway that all kids under 18 immediately need an adult with them. I politely said "OK" with a little confusion in my mind. I did see that a lot of athletes were there this weekend for a tournament. Lastly, one evening while enjoying the breakfast area munching on a snack, the front desk lady ran around the corner and exited the side door in a frantic state. She stated that there was a pervert outside the pool window watching the kids in the pool. I asked her if she was going outside by herself (which was not safe,) she responded "yes." I then joined her and stood by the door to ensure her safety. I didn't want anything bad to happen to her while trying to do a good (yet unsafe) deed. So, overall, a lot of strange happenings and bad odors! Only complaint about the room was that the fridge did not work, and it also did not sit flat in the allotted area. The bed was a little hard as well. The positives were the GREAT AC unit, very cool! Also, staff were friendly, just unengaged a lot at the desk with cell phones and personal items.
