Stayed in the hotel on one of the city’s busiest and hottest weekends. Staff was overwhelmed yet friendly. Room was already cooled down for me. Everything was clean and nice. The rooms probably could use some updating, yet it didn’t affect my stay.

Reserved 2 rooms, room one had bugs all over the kitchen and bathroom and just wasn’t clean. Second room was not what was reserved. Staff was nice and easy to work with gave us new rooms that solved issues.

The small kitchen in the room was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable and clean, shower was fine, but I used shampoo for shower gel all weekend cause the shower gel container was broke. I didn't say anything about it cause I just used shampoo. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. The breakfast lady looked angry all the time dispite me trying to talk to her. The pool was had tons of ants in it and it was cloudy. My son wouldn't swim in it even with me scooping them out with the net.

The price for a suite was great, however the room smelled very musty to the point we had to go buy air freshener. The shower had rust around the faucet and at the bottom of the tub. The hot breakfast options were awful, fake bacon, eggs were dry and gross, sausage was hard. The beds were super comfortable and pillows too, staff was very friendly.

Right next door to MSU

Very convenient to the MSU campus. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. Loved the 2 big windows. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Great kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Will stay here in the future.
