“My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights). However, that did mean that I had to stay and sleep in a room that wasn't clean and I had to sterilise my mug, saucer and spoon. I also found the bathroom lacking - it had no...
