Stayed 4 days in mid-September 2026. Breakfast choices was eggs (scrambled or round) and sausage (pattie or link) EVERYDAY. Attendant would add new product over old product - Not replace. No fruit or potatoes. Gravy for bisquits - Old, greyish and kinda stringy. Doors Slammed shut - No resistance piston. WiFi was slow - at times equal to Dial-up Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

We stayed at this hotel because it is in good proximity to Glacier National Park. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around to choose from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super helpful! The front desk guy ( I can't remember his name) gave me directions to Krispy Kreme for coffee! Love the hotel and the area. Had a great stay!!

I had a double queen with a kitchen however it had no cooking equipment, hence the kitchen was not useful with exception of the microwave and mini fridge. Unless your camping I dont have pots, pans, silverware etc

It is an excellent location. The property is well kept very modern even the entrance there’s a beautiful flowers. The personnel the staff was very nice in checking in. Breakfast was good. They have a very good parking and it’s very close to all the different activities to do in the area.

The rooms (we booked 2) smelled of dampness (like wet carpets). It was overwhelming. Otherwise, our stay was great. At midnight, someone must have checked into the room above ours. The footsteps were so loud! - this woke me up.

My key card could not access any of the amenities such as pool and gym and also would not open exterior doors when taking the dogs outside. I mentioned this on day one and the staff said it was only my room key having problems. When I did want to access the pool,I had to wait in line behind guests checking in for the only staff person to unlock the door for us. Also got locked out when taking the dogs out and had to walk to the other end of the hotel to the lobby entrance. The staff said the maintenance man would fix it by day 2,but it was never fixed. I thought at the bare minimum, they should have offered a discounted stay,or offered another room since I notified them about the problem an hour after checking in. But the staff was friendly and we did enjoy our stay other than this issue.

The staff at this Kalispell hotel were very friendly and helpful, but the ground floor rooms need improvement. Our room felt dark and damp, and there wasn't enough lighting to make it feel bright or comfortable. Breakfast was also just okay. It was a fine stay overall, but I would recommend requesting a higher floor for better light.
