“When traveling, our family always chooses Hilton Garden Inn. We had stayed at this specific one a few years back and at that time had no issue with booking again. When I arrived, I waited at an empty front desk for 10 minutes. A male employee that was walking by noticed me standing there and went looking for the front desk employees. When she came, she was not the most friendly that I’ve encountered. Normally, we have been greeted right away by a friendly employee who checked us in...

The "room" was very unsatisfactory. It was on a balcony and was not sealed from the main living room. Maybe this was stated in the description, but if so I missed it and it wasn't very prominent.”
