We loved the location - right next to town with all its wonderful shops and restaurants. The breakfast was really good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. The staff was very friendly and room was very clean. And best of all it was right by park entrance to Yellowstone. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Brandin’ Iron Inn is in a great location, an easy walk to restaurants and shops! It’s an older motel-style property that has been well maintained. Our double-queen upstairs room was clean with a functional heat & AC Unit (both of which were needed for our stay!) The breakfast was a bit crowded/chaotic for a short time — too many guests in a small space all at once — but the selection was fine. There was adequate parking. For the location and the time of year near Yellowstone, I feel I got a good deal and would return.

The room was huge, a lot of space. So convenient to the park. Breakfast was a step above from what you'd expect from a hotel continental breakfast. It's an old inn, but it's being kept up/maintained. A lot of things can use replacements, but maybe it adds to the charm. If they replaced everything new, the price would probably triple. As is, it's very good value. This was a last minute booking, because we had to change hotels when we delayed our trip by a day due to flash flooding risk to Yellowstone. Worked out in our favor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from and was open until 9:30 am, which we appreciated. The location was perfect as it was a quick 5 minute drive to the entrance of the West Yellowstone National Park gate.

The check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. Conveniently located within walking distance to multiple restaurants. 2 day stay and wasn’t expecting housekeeping but everything was fresh after being out all day. The “breakfast buffet” was no different than any other property that offered free breakfast. The separate room was crowded, hot and minimal seating for the volume of people. We took at look and left.

Checkin/Checkout staff so kind and helpful. Inn is older but well maintained. Room was laid out to give each bed a little privacy. We were in the single level portion of the Inn, it was nice and quiet. Housekeeping does a great job! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice updated hotel. Comfy bed. Quiet. Front Desk staff and house keeping are friendly and efficient. Wasn't impressed by the breakfast. The Girl running it had no customer service skills. We skipped breakfast the next day. Curious if she spoke English and she definitely didn't like us, for no reason. We smile and welcome anyone we see. Thats the Tennessee way. She needs to go to charm school, or ask for a little kindness to your neighbor.
