Location of property is very convenient to nearby attractions and beaches! We stayed for 3 days and was comfortable. Hotel could use some updates both interior and exterior! Staff were nice and friendly.

Well situated within easy reach of Hyannis and both quiet and busy beaches, restaurants etc. Outside shabby from main road, even for approaching end of season HOWEVER EXCELLENT service, super clean, good amenities and very good location, visitors well spaced, A surprise Gem

I truly appreciated the size of the resort and that there was a restaurant right next door. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only thing i did not like was hiw the amenities were not what they said on the website.

We loved having the balcony to enjoy at night before bed and in the morning with our caffeine! My only complaint is that I wish there had been a coffeemaker in the room but it really wasn’t a huge deal that there wasn’t.
