Great mid-Cape location with a quiet bay beach, which is nice for littles who don't want a wavier beach. Nice spot convenient to other activities, short drive to the whale watching boats. I do wish they had chairs, umbrellas and bikes for rent. We flew so had to buy beach things and donate them on the way out.
The cottage we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool. Everyone that worked there seemed very friendly too. We will definitely be back.
We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had everything our family needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay even more convenient.
The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do. The pool, playground, and game room were all very clean and well maintained, and our daughter especially loved them!
The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel right at home.
Our whole family absolutely loved our stay, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel!
The staff is very friendly. The beach access is really close and parking is convenient. This property is aging very gracefully and is well maintained. The heated pool was a nice surprise.
My wife and I showed up at the Colonial Acres Resort in West Yarmouth for our stay, which had been confirmed through Expedia days before (including a confirmation message from the hotel itself), only to be told by the front desk staff that there was no room available for us and that they could not honor our reservation, due to over-booking. We had to book another hotel at the last minute (it was around 6 PM), ended up paying a much higher rate than our original booking, and had to cut our vacation short by a day to conserve money.
Expedia, to its credit, compensated us for our trouble. Expedia also told us that we were not the only ones whose confirmed reservation this hotel had refused to honor recently. I'd say at a minimum this hotel is disorganized and incompetent, and it's possible that they are deliberately engaging in shady over-booking practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they get their act together!
I was very impressed with how clean our rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were. And the hotel grounds are immaculate. We were travelling with our two teenage boys so we had a separate room with a queen bed and then a pull-out couch in the livingroom. We brought along a camping cot, as our boys did not want to sleep in the same bed! With the couch open and cot out it was tight, but we had enough room for us to all get around comfortably. The kitchen was great. Good size fridge and everything you could want. The staff of the hotel were extremely pleasant and accomodating. It was a very pleasant trip to the Cape, to end the summer on a very positive note.

The property was just Ok. Clean enough but outdated. The entry way smelled stale. What I didn’t the like the most was the $35 fee per day if you wanted housekeeping. And the book listing all the items in the rooms with a threat that you will be charged for anything missing. Way to trust your customers. And then when I pointed out something missing at checkout, she said the list is out dated. Just not our best experience
It looked very different from the pictures. Talked to front desk and they said they would refund and then denied the refund. They were not helpful and we would not stay there ever in the future. We had to spend money on another hotel because we did not want to stay there at all.
Very nice property, nice views of the bay, updated rooms.

The WiFi was horrible and I was supposed to be working. It made my days very difficult. It would have been nice to have notice. DONT GO IF YOU NEED TO WORK!!
Otherwise, it was a cute cottage and my kids loved the pool. I loved the grill. The dishwasher was horrible and falling apart but at least there was one.
The resort is amazing! We stayed in a 1 bedroom cottage, it was sparkling clean and the pullout couch was really comfy!! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! I left a few new shirts there they helped me with getting them back, always friendly , kind and professional. Quick walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub were also well taken care if and clean! Highly recommend! Will be back!!!
This was a perfect little vacation right before taking our boys back to college. Had a wonderful time at a wonderful place! Conveniently located, nice accommodations, pretty beach. And CLEAN!
The listing in Hotels.com state that the one bedroom suite has a kitchen. But it only had a kitchenette and no stove. Very misleading. Plus if you open the pull out sleep sofa, you will have to move the armchair around and basically have very little space to move around
So our family of 4 (3 kids and 1 adult) had to move to a 2 bedroom cottage which was overall so much better as it had a stove and 2 bedrooms
