Cape Sands Inn is a very good deal for the price. Great location to use as a base for your time on Cape. Friendly staff , clean rooms , and the room with the water views are an added bonus. All the little things they did , adding a fire pit, a cool little pathway along the water with places to take in the view , make this place stand out compared to a lot of the other hotels Yarmouth has to offer. Highly recommend for budget conscious travelers.

The cape sands inn was the best choice for our stay! Centrally located, they have everything you could need. The pools were amazing! Staff was friendly enough despite their limited staffing. The fire pit was a true highlight! We even extended our stay an extra night because the only thing we missed during our trip was just a relaxing day at the motel!

It was our second choice but it was a excellent place to stay our first experience was terrible so when we walked into the room at the front desk it was more inviting than the past one. And once we got into the room it was amazing very comforting, great for couples I would highly recommend this place and we will be back.

The hotel was perfect for 2 ladies on a September road trip. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and it was very clean and spacious. We also had a nice view of the water. My only complaint with the room was both the front door and bathroom doors were hard to shut. You really had to shut them. The hotel had 2 pools, outside and inside. We didn’t use them, but people were in the indoor one. The hotel was very convenient to get to the ferries. About a 10 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around too! I would definitely use this hotel again.

This was a great property for the night. One downside was the lack of microwave. The room came with a little fridge but no microwave which would have been nice. The room itself was clean and easily accessible!

Our room was not the best. The carpet was very wet from something and a loud blower was going. We unplugged it for a bit of quiet. Our bed had a very big dip in it and I rolled off 2 times. The place was clean and the staff were kind.
